Hi GitHub Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on my account suspension appeal for username: 2929108180.
On June 8th, I received an automated customer feedback survey stating that my ticket #4448610 had been closed. However, I never received any prior email or notification regarding the actual decision, outcome, or resolution of my appeal. My account is still currently suspended, and I have been left completely in the dark.
Could you please check your system to see why this ticket was closed without sending me the actual result? Please help me reopen this case and have an agent look into my original appeal.
